Determining the Hire Date

I would like to know the function module and i would have to ask one query because i would have to know

Actually, In organisation hired some employees. The hired employee details and i would like to know hired date of employees

and How many years they has been worked up to now in the organisation . so, I would like to know function module of hired

date. could you please reply me.

Use the FM HR_ECM_GET_HIRE_DATE to get the hiring date of employee.
