Consigment stock

Hello,

I have a question reagrding consignment in WM.

Let's assume we have a production order which has a raw material in it's BOM

The production order will be released and a TR will be generated, moving the stock from the warehouse towards a PSA.

The raw material in the production order consists of "own stock".

My warehouse just has consignment stock.

I would like to move the consignment stock with this TR into the PSA.

Then I would like to book from consignment into own stock.

Then I would like to do the backflush of my own stock.

Furthermore if there is own stock available in my warehouse, I would like to move at first the own stock and then the consignment stock towards the production.

Please be aware that I have no batch determination nor I can use the stock determination, because the IM part will be carried out as the very last step in the chain.

There's standard solution for this called stock determination.

SPRO > Materials Management > Inventory Management and Physical Inventory > Stock Determination

Please read OSS note 365570 carefully.

I had forgotten to maintain the right movement type.

Sometimes you need somebody from outside......
