Server Error in '/OSoft' Applicaiton

Hello,

We are facing this below error in SAP BPC 5.1 Test server (single server), it was working fine earlier and now when I try to access the BPC test server I get the below error.

Production system is working fine. We checked the DLL file (AntiXssLibrary.dll) its there. Not sure what is causing the problem. Reinstalling the web server is the only solution?

Please let me know what is the causing the problem.

Thanks,

Vijay

Server Error in '/OSoft' Application.

________________________________________

Runtime Error

Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.

Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customErrors> tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off".

<!-- Web.Config Configuration File -->

<configuration>

<system.web>

<customErrors mode="Off"/>

</system.web>

</configuration>

Notes: The current error page you are seeing can be replaced by a custom error page by modifying the "defaultRedirect" attribute of the application's <customErrors> configuration tag to point to a custom error page URL.

<!-- Web.Config Configuration File -->

<configuration>

<system.web>

mycustompage.htm"/>

</system.web>

</configuration>

    Hi Vijay

    Before you reinstall the server, find out what is the error message, goto the application server and browse to http://localhost/osoft, hopefully you should see the exception error message. This should give you more information,which you can then troubleshoot accordingly and decide on the next steps

    Else edit the web.config file in the <Install Drive>\BPC\Websrvr\Web and change the customErrors parameter to display errors to remote clients

    Kind Reagrds
