Error in Maintenance Optimizer

Dear Expert,

I have to download SAp Patch from service market place and for this when i am trying to approve it from maintenence optimizer it gives errore like " Error during call of SAP back end system (see long text) "

I request you to please suggest me what to do to resole this error.

hello,

This error is not too descriptive and appears in a number of situations. If I am not mistaken, the technical name is /TMWFLOW/MO_BACKEND007 in the long text, could you please check this?

What patches are you trying to download? What is the Support Package level of the ST component in your Solution Manager ?

Chances are, it is not really a communication error but an incompatibility of what you are trying to download with the Solution Manager Support Package level.
