Unable to Create user after Service pack upgrade

Hi All,

Im not able to creating User and assinging role to user in Identity managemet since after the SP level upgrade of my protal.

Previously my Portal is 7.01 EPh1 SP 5 and i have upgraded it to SP 6. Software components like SAP-JEECOR ad SAP-JEE are still in SP5. Does my problem cleared if i upgrade these components to SP6 ?

my portal is havig only java stack and ume as its DB.
