Dear Experts,
Greetings!!.
In CRM SMQ2, ( inbound Queue ), I have a queue "R3AD_ZDNL_COND_A956" displays as a "sysfail" and have unlocked no change in statuses. I been still double clicked on the queue and displays as
"Exception condition "LOGSYS_FOR_GUID_CHANGED" rai"
How to activate this queue from sysfails status.
Regards,
Sany
Hi Sany,
Did you make a client copy recently at CRM or R3?
If so, check if note 765018 may help you.
Kind regards,
Garcia

Hi,
Select that q' entry and click on reset status. If the error exists take the help of BASIS to know from where it is throwing error.
Thanks and Regards

Hello Sany,
The issue you've reported is generally observed after you do a client copy. Goto the table CRMMLSGUID in CRM and check if this contains the same LOGSYS GUID as contained in table CRMPRLS of the R/3 system. These 2 GUIDs should match.. IF they don't match , make the changes in CRMMLSGUID table accordingly and then check.
However, I feel you'd have the delete the queues and trigger the load from R3 to CRM again.
Thanks,
Rohit
Dear Rohit,
Thanks and Greetings!!!.
I have Checked both
Cl. Log.System
700 LOGSYS700 83ABE443CF1B475CE1000000AC16020D CRM
700 LOGSYS700 83ABE443CF1B475CE1000000AC16020D R/3
Both are Same, but still the queue is not able to active. If i Delete the entries what implication in CRM and R/3 please clarify me on the same.
Thanking you in anticipation.
Thanks and Warm Regards,
Sany.
Hello Sany,
Since the issue is occuring in the inbound queue of CRM < I'd suggest you to take delete the table entry from CRMMLSGUID and try again after resetting the status of the queue in SMQ2. If it stil doesn't work I suspect you might have to delete the queue and try the load again.
Thanks,
Rohit
