User name field in FBL*N reports

Dear Friends,

When we run the FBL1N or FBL3N or FBL5N report, is there a way i can see the line items have been created by which user?

neither in dynamic selection at the begining of the report there is any option of "USer" at "Document level" nor do i see any such option in the layout change fields after we run the report

Your help will be appreciated

Thanks

Sanjay

    Hi,

You can get this but needs configuration.

Go to SPRO> Accounts Receivable and Accounts payable>Vendor Accounts>Line Items>Define Additional fields for Line item display (Transaction code O7R3)

and add BKPF- USNAM and then you can see User name in FBL*N reports.

    Regards,

    Hi,

Execute report fbl1n, go to settings > special fields. Make new Entry for BKPF - USNAM.

Apply this setting to all FBL*N reports.

    Regards,

    Jigar
