Hi,
You can analyze Workflow log to see all this information....
Transaction SWI1 lets you alalyze what all thinsg happened to your leave request.

In SWI1 v need to give Identification(Work Item ID) and other stuff. First I donno which workflow number is for which service.
How to identify that?
Wer I have to go for leave request this is the Workflow ,for Annual leave tihs workflow will trigger...how to identify those basics first.
I hope you understand my problem now.
Regards,
Venkat
Hi,
You can find Workflow no. for Leave from the customizing transaction PTARQ->Service Specific Settings -> Working time -> Leave Request -> Processing processes -> Specify Processing Processes for leave types -> Define Absences/Processing Processes.
However just browse through the SWI1 output you will find a no. of parameters like date, time, SAP user, which can help you find your work item.

Hello,
Go to SWI1 and press execute to run the default query (all workitems in the last hour). Start looking for any text involving travel.
If you can't find any, go back to SWI1 and change the start time to 000000.
When you have found one, click on it and look at the workflow log. I'll tell you which workflow it s. If you're lucky, the text in SWI1 may even tell you which Employee it's for.

Hi,
If you know the business object youi can use SWI6 with the key to find specific workitems.

Hi Venkat,
To check that which workflow is active for a particular request, just go to QISRSCENARIO.
There select that request and see which workflow ID is specified in its details.
Only that workflow will trigger whenever that request will be made.

Guddan
