ERROR Could not locate server entry. Server may not exist. (STU00146)

HI everyone i installed bo enterprise 3.1 on solaris 10 , everything went well on the installation, finally i got the message as successfully installed as the url as http://tss4s451:8080/CmcApp.

i checked the tables in the db , i am having tables in the db

but when i am trying to start the sia by giving this command in the secure shell i am getting this kind of error.

err: ERROR Could not locate server entry. Server may not exist. (STU00146)

$ ./ccm.sh -start cms_451
Failed to register with name server. Reason: a server of this name already exists. (STU00188)
Please check for name duplication and validness of the server: cms_451

cms_451 is the sia name i gave when installing the bo.

please guys help me , as this need to be resolved as early as possible.
