Release code that approved the PO.

Hi All,

Really appreciate your reply and help on this.

I have a release strategy set for my PO and there are 2 release codes(A1, A2) set, either of which can release the PO. If one releases the status of the PO is set to "Final released".

I want to find out who release the PO, A1 or A2? Can you please suggest which table to look in to for this information or what is the logic to use to find this information.

Thanks a lot.

    Hi Arun,

here are the tables related to release procedures,

    T16FG-release groups

    T16FC-release codes

    T16FS-release strategies

    T16FW-release work flow

if you want to get the release code, which releases the PO,

you can get the data in the table CDHDR,where all the header changes stored

      Hi Raj,

Thanks a lot. The FM that you provided helps me to release the PO but I want to know who(Which Re. Code) released the PO after the PO has been released. I want to pass this logic to the developer who will inturn apply this to extraxt this value to print this in the PO.

I cam across another FM, "ME_REL_STRATEGIE_EKKO", but not sure how it works or how to make it work. In case you are able to find me a solution with this, I really appreciate it. Thanks a lot.
