Dynamic creation of a work area

hi all!

I am looking for a function module which makes it possible to create a work area (transaction CBIH02) for the IHS , Industrial Hygiene and Safety.

I cannot find any.

If you have another solution which can be used for create a work area via ABAP, let me know!
