Travel Management Workflow

Hi Experts,

As per my requirement,Afer creation of Travel Request When the employee click on to cancel/Delete option in EP(Travel request), the TR status should change to cancelled and mail should be triggered to all the receipts to whom ever the request has reached when the TR was raised.

Pls help me out on this,
