plan data through excel upload not updating the cost component breakup

COPA planning updated through manual entry in excel sheet which was shown in right side of the KEPM, planning updated successfully with breakup of material cost, labout cost and machine cost in KE30 report. But when i do Excel sheet upload through KE13N system is updating only sales qty and sales value in KE30 report and it is not updating the material cost, labour cost and machine cost. Can anyone guide me what necessary setting to be done for this update in KE30 report.

I dont know if you have manually updated the break up of RM cst, labor from excel... If yes, it wud update whatever you upload

But, if you want to upload only the qty and want to derive the break up automatically from system, follow the steps

    1. COPA > Master Data > Valuation > valuation strategy : Create a Valuation strategy , say, 002 and assign to point of valuation 04.. (I guess 04 is meant for planning)

    2. IN KE4J or KEPC - Assign costing key to point of valuation 04, record type and material types ,etc

    3. In KE4R - Assign Value fields in all the 6 columns against your cost comp structure

    4. After you upload in KEPM, you need to run the step VALUATION... Or VALUATION indicator must be switched on in your KEPM settings for auto valuation
