UWL-pdfSource of InteractiveForm UI element should be populated with pdf bi

Hi,

If I try to open any task which is under UWL, I m getting below error.

*But I can able to open Payslips and all in my Portal. What might be the problem, if it is the problem with credetial files, then I shouldnot able to open Payslip atleast..isnt it?

Kindly put some light on this issue.*

Coming to your error, is the task in UWL for a custom application or standard task results in error?

Also are you sure that payslip is an Adobe Form and not a Smart form?

Hi Chintan,

Its a standard task, not the custom one. and Payslip is not pdf based one, its smartform.

For some employees its working fine. for only few its not working. they have Adobe installed in their pc. even though its not working. is it problem with user level authorization?

Use UPDATEDATAINPDF mode instead of USEPDF for the Interactive Form and check if it resolves the issue.

This is standard uwl, not customised one.

so how to change that setting?

This is not property of UWL. It' s a property of the InteractiveForm element you must have created.

Hi Chintan,

It working for few employees and not working for few.

Even they installed Acrobat also its not working for few of them.

So,what might b the problem? is this is authorization problem?
