Upload Physical Inventory count from Excel to ERP SAP

Dear All,

I gone through several links related to this similar subjected posts and found different views, suggestions on the topic.

Since we want to upload PI count results which stored in excel file into SAP, please let me know.

1. Is it possible to upload data using standard LSMW, MI38 or CATT. If so, great help can provide some information how to upload.

2. If its require to go for some BDC or anykind of ABAP help, please do reply with suggestions.
