Schema for perticular employee

Hi every one.

I want to update the EL quota for each employee.

But number of Quota depends on the Schema to which that employee belong.

How can i get the schema to which that perticular employee.

Is there any table in which i can get that which employee belong to which schema.

Please help me out.

We have 11 Company Codes, and each one uses it's own Time Evaluation Schema, but all use the same Payroll Calculation Schema.

Since you talk of updating quotas, I will assume that your are talking of Time Evaluation Schemas.

In any of them, are there any decisions on Company Code, Personnel Area, Employee Group or Personnel Accounting Area that would enable one schema to process an employee and not an other.

Yes, a custom Z table could be used, but that would not be something common to other users. We use a decision on Company Code and on Personnel Accounting Area to include/exclude an employee from being processed by Time Evaluation (depending on which one is being used).

Does each employee have different ......... rules even though he is in same PA PSA EG ESG please let us know
