RSA1 Read Only Role

Hi experts:

I have a simple requirements from user to able to access RSA1, full functionality except cannot delete a single requests.

I search this forum keyword "role" and it yields only 7 results and those don't answer my question.

The best i can get is from template S_RS_ROPOP, BI Role: Operator (Productive System) but this role still allow user to delete a request.

Any solutions that can see cube requests but cannot delete ? RSDCUBE display metadata which is not applicable.
