BSP url on portal logon page

Hi,

We want to add registration url on the portal logon page. Can you please guide me.

if you go to the https://etender.ongc.co.in/irj/portal -

>New Bidder? Apply for Access Authorization Here BSP page we get called.

We have the same requirement.We have created a BSP & BSP url is http://srmhost.domain/supreg(bD1lbiZjPTUzMA==)/main.htm

Can you please tell me the steps ( if possible detail steps ) to achieve this.
