Create a date

Hello,

I want to create a variable which looks like this:

=If [My dimension] > [New variable] Then [A]+[B]

[My dimension] is a list of dates (date format)

[New variable] would be a single date (date format) with the value 01/01/2019 (dd/MM/yyyy).

Is it possible to create a date and set it to the date we want ?

How to do it?
