Visibility Control for Customer View

We encounter the problem of visibility control for customer view. We create one business partner for customer and assign multiple locations. For each location, we have several buyers. For the buyers in each location, we don't want them to see PO information for other locations. We create different roles. In each role, we restrict APO authorization object (Master Data, Location) to each location. And assign the role to buyers based on their location. The buyer can't see other location information from SAP GUI. However, on the webpage, buyer can still see PO information for other location. How can I do visibility control for customer view?

PO information can be seen on PO overview screen but if you navigate from there to PO details screen you will not see PO data because of APO location product authorisation restriction you put in.

We did the same settings and found that overview screen doesnt restrict data based on APO location product authorisation.
