STO. Stock transfer order between plants, retaining costing and billing in original plant.

Is it possible to have the following setup:

Plant 1 produces a product, transfers to Plant 2 for final "preparation/packaging", before been transferred into finished goods.

A STO will be created for the transfer. However we want the sale of the final product (finished goods) to still to reflect under Plant 1 and the recoveries as well. Plant 2 to recover costs involved in final preparation. These should be in the BOM of the Plant 1 product.
