Project system AR Reports

I am looking for a report to pull Accounts receivable and collections reports project wise. are there any reports in PS which satisfy this requirements. If yes please provide T-code.

There is nothing out of the box to give you that report. There are several ways to achieve it. One way is to set up a substitution and have the WBS populated on the Accounting Document. Then you can use standard AR reports and show the WBS. This is one of the most common development reports requested.

CPM (Commercial Project Management, a ECC PS add-on) does have this report delivered out of the box.
