B1DI connection fail with "Network is Unreachable problem"


I tried to follow the SAP Note number: 2029714 to troubleshoot the Integration framework issue but I am not able to get the solution. I would like to get the Dashbard widgets in the My Cockpit area in SAP B1 client. I am thinking that the problem of not getting widgets is due to the fact that I cannot connect to the B1DI. How can I resolve this issue?? If anyone of you have experienced such issue, please help me to figure out the solution. Attached below is the screen shot of the issue I am facing.capture2.png
