B1DI connection fail with "Network is Unreachable problem"

I tried to follow the SAP Note number: 2029714 to troubleshoot the Integration framework issue but I am not able to get the solution. I would like to get the Dashbard widgets in the My Cockpit area in SAP B1 client. I am thinking that the problem of not getting widgets is due to the fact that I cannot connect to the B1DI. How can I resolve this issue?? If anyone of you have experienced such issue, please help me to figure out the solution. Attached below is the screen shot of the issue I am facing.capture2.png

As per my knowledge the issue is related to IP conflict. Please make the changes as per the attachment. Let me know this cloud fix your problem.

Dear Sangay Wangmo,

As per your Error log. I think you need to give (localhost / IP address) in b1server field because the network related issues occur's due to in SAP SLD or license server installation in some places by default it will take the localhost / IP address but not the system name.
in your case MYPC is your system name. Check for your IP address and try once.

Thank you for help, I get error while trying to change the b1server to localhost as shown below (screen print).
