attachment as RAW document to CRM 7.0

Hi Guys

We are using the functionality where our IT users can log attachments with the adobe form , This document will then be availalbe for viewing as a attachment in the related transactions assignment block as a RAW document . Everything is working fine, but when the user attached a email (from Microsoft Outlook and this email had a picure capture in it - from e.g. snagit), to the adobe document , and this come through as the RAW document , this snagit capure is not viewable. Only gibberish . Does anybody perhaps have a idea of a setting i can do , to fix this ? Your help would be much appreciated.

    You can try this;

    Tcode SCOT >Settings >General Parameters

    Enter Parameters = MULTIPART/ALTERNATIVE

    Parameter Value = HTML.


    Repeat the e-mail process and check.
