Cannot refresh a web intelligence report in Java Infoview

Hi,

I am a newbie to BO ,My question is that i have created a web intelligence document using a Web Service ,in the Web intelligece am able to see and refresh this report.

But the same report when i export into some folder and then try to open with Java infoview and then try to refresh it , i get an error which says

An internal error occured while calling "process dp command" Api Webi report (Error:ERR_WIS_30270)

I am using SP3 for BO XI

Hi ,

Kindly check your universe connections.Also chk if your webi servers are enabled nad working.Also do integrity check of your univerrse.

Hi,

My environment is BOXI R3.1 + SP3.1. I am accessing personal data provider(its a excel file) using web services. From web rich client it is refreshing report without any issue. But once report is moved into repository, I am only able to open report in Infoview but not able to refresh it.(In Windows environment). In Linux environment event I am not able to open a report.(We have both enviornment).

Windows error message - ProcessDpiCommand Wis 30270

Linux Error Message - Unable to open report.(No error message is displayed here).

Hi ranjaabhishek,

getDocumentInfos

document is not available.

getCategoriesAndDocuments

The document category is invalid or Web Intelligence is unable to retrieve the document from the Business Objects repository.

getGroupAndDomains

The user group or document domain associated with this document is invalid or cannot be found.

getDataSourceList

The list of universes is not available.

getDataProviderResults

The data provider is invalid or some of the objects specified in the query are not available.

sendDocument

This document cannot be sent via InfoView, because the recipient or the document ID is invalid.

publishDocument

This document cannot be saved as a corporate document, because the recipient or the document ID is invalid.

Action

Your BusinessObjects administrator can trace the problem that caused the error by activating the tracking and verifying the trace associated with the API.

Hi Abhishek,

Can you check if the ExtensionFactoryService has been installed? Go to the CMC page -> Under Servers section Click AdaptiveProcessingServer -> Right Click and go to properties -> Is ExtensionFactoryService getting listed?
