PO approvers list?

Dear Gurus,

I need to remove one user name/id from PO approvals list for which mails are triggering to him but he should not receive the approver mails.

I checked in SAP release strategy configuration and no workflow is defined.

Pls help as how can i resolve this issue?

Hi,

all the work flow data is stored at the table T16FW,

check in that and remove,

all the user related data stored at the tables USR21,ADRP and USR02,

it is better to take ABAPer help to remove the data from the tables,

and first, remove the specfic role to that person where the release codes are assigned
