Printing problem

HI all

Problem is when my client gives the print for only one coppy then it prints .. and when he increase the no of coppies then it gives the ERROR "the printed page could not be ended" and it hangs the SAP B1 client ...... and if some time it starts printing then it did not print the data,,,, in the middle pard of the page it prints BLANK ..... what should i do .. in this case
