Error Refreshing storyboard BI Launchpad

Hello,

I'm using Lumira 1.31.2

I have this error when i try to refresh storyboard in BI Launchpad.

"DataSet Refresh has failed"

My data source is an XLSX file.

Can you help me to understand why?

One other suggestion is to update to 1.31.3 - see https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2392184/E - some refresh errors were fixed but it doesn't mention Excel

Not all data sources can be refreshed - see https://apps.support.sap.com/sap/support/knowledge/public/en/2255671 - see https://support.sap.com/content/dam/library/ssp/infopages/pam-essentials/TIP/SAP%20Lumira/SAPLS4BIP_... - I don't see Excel listed

There could be many reasons; review this document http://help.sap.com/businessobject/product_guides/vi01/en/lum_131_restr_en.pdf

If you changed the model, you will need to refresh in Lumira Desktop and republish to the BI platform

i didn't changed the design. i'm thinking the problem is because i'm using xlsx excel...
