0 byte adobe form

Hi expert,

We are using abap program to save a adobe form. Currently some of the form size was 0 byte and its happen intermittently. Any idea to solve this problem? We believe that there was a exception on FP_FUNCTION_MODULE_NAME, FP_JOB_OPEN. Any advice how can we overcome it as its happen intermittently. Thanks in advance.

    Hello,

you can look in the default trace of the J2EE server for error on AdobeDocumentServices.

In case there is an error in the rendering there shouldbe error involving 'com.adobe'

You can also look for this.

    Best regards,

    Dezso

Re-perform the generation of form if the size was 0 byte.
