Missing prices on the B2B ERP E-Commerce 6.0 Webshop with IPC 6.0

Hi All,

We are implementing B2B ERP (ECC 6.0) E-Commerce Webshop using IPC 6.0 for the pricing and configuration needs. I did all the necessary config settings in XCM and Shop Management to turn on (enable) IPC and to make the B2B shop working. I can see the configurable products and their configuration derived from the Knowledge Base (SCE) of IPC. But, I do not see prices for any of these products on the B2B webshop. The prices for all the products on the webshop are missing. If I turn off (disable) IPC related settings from the Shop Management then I can see the prices for the products on the B2B shop. These prices are selected from product catalog. But we need to use IPC for our pricing needs because the products that are displayed on the B2B webshop are all configurable products. What configuration need to be done in ECC, XCM and/or Shop Management to enable the pricing functionality (SPE) of IPC? Also, let me know if any other settings or development is needed. Please answer with the detail steps.

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Check your webshop settings and confirm that you have selected ipc for pricing.

Thanks and Regards

hi

Maybe the Calculation Schema is not supported for the Webshop.

Check it with the XCM Setting - UI - enable.priceAnalysis:TRUE

Now you can check the Pricing.

Hi there,

Can you let me know where in the web shop you are facing this problem, Is it in

1. Catalog

2. Basket

3. Order creation

If you enable pricing analysis in the webshop do you see any information or check the VMC logs for any errors?

Hi Mark,

I am facing the problem of missing prices in the Catalog section of webshop. I have enabled the IPC pricing in shop management and also selected the option of IPC prices over the List prices in shop management. Please reply with any additional steps/settings to enable the pricing analysis. Also, how to check VMC logs for any errors. Is it through SM52 and SM53 transactions ?

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

VMC Logs from transaction : SM53

Additionally, are you able to see the price in WWM3 transaction within the invidual categories?

Hi Pradeep,

Yes, we can see the prices for the products in product catalog using the tcode wwm3.

What can be possible reasons for these missing prices? Please let know.

Thanks,

Hi there,

Once you have enabled your pricing analysis you should see the access and condition that are been used. In conjunction to this you should check the VMC log to see if any errors are occuring as this maybe the cause of the problem Do you have any specific user exits that have been implemented?
