Refresh dasboard when the range of data changes

I'm using Live Office data connection to build Dashboard in Xcelsius Enterprise.

The excel model was build from Web Intelligence report based in OLAP Universe.

The refresh options in the spreadsheet are "On Demand: From the database" and "Refresh Before Components are Loaded" in Xcelsius data connetion refresh option.

If the range of data changes (increases or decreases rows or columns) in the data source, the Web Intelligence report update is sucessfull, but the information displayed in the dashboard (.swf file) is inconsistent, because the reference of the components bounded changes.

What is the way to get a correct refresh?

i hope i could understand you well

go to connections

click the LiveOffice Connection

in the "Definition" tab

Ranges

Select "Data Grid"

and click the bound button and increase the range

The problem is how to make excel data model get an automatic refresh without editing dashboard everytime the data changes its size.

Allocate a maximum range for your data grid. That should do the job.

And avoid adding any other liveoffice object or excel data in the cells below a live office object
