Problem to save long texts with SAP ECC6 and Microsoft Word 2003

Hello all,

After an upgrade from 4.70 to ECC6, when you want to enter a long text anywhere (a material, text, a PO text, a text in a work order, Sapscript), SAP selects now Word as editor. If you have Word 2007, it works fine: after entering your text, when you press on the green arrow icon ("back"), your text is immediately saved in SAP on the right place.

With word 2003, it doesn't work: the text simply disappears.

Of course you can switch to the line editor, but it is not usable in our case.

Does anybody have experimented the problem? Is it due to Unicode? Do we have to install some patch?

I am surprised that I can't find anything so far in OSS (or even on the net) about this issue.

Thanks in advance for any suggestion!
