There is time difference between dunning levels.

May be this line item needs some more days to dun for next level. Items can't be dunned if there is no change in the dunning text.

Hi,

You can run a new dunning run with that dunning date for that customer and for that particular document. Activate the output logs. And then you will be able to see the dunning days calculation for this document.

And for "the change in dunning text", I think that was Type error from Murli. It should be "the change in dunning level"

Ok..That is one option. But not sure if in production system user will agree for this.? Any other way where I can know the grace periods for the customer or generally speaking why the dunning run skipped the customer?

Have a look in the dunning log for the possible reason.

Please check whether that customer is already included in any past dunning run, which is not yet completed. In that case that dunnning run needed to be deleted/ completed to unblock that customer.

Also check that customer master or document line item does not have any dunning block.
