And done the required setting now when i m running payroll,
It calcuating /4CE to 100 which is correct.
But not calculating correct annual exemption i.e /4E1..its also comin to 100 and it should be 1200.
As i m running payroll or april..and finincaial year is froma pril to march..
Please suggest

Hi,
Just I want understand what exemption amount per month and year is .
If it is 1200 Rs exemption per month you maintain 200 Rs for one child in info type 0008 you will get 100 Rs only because the amount is fully exempted .You will not get exemption 1200 Rs in the month of April. So the system is working fine as per my understanding
or
Check in the month of march (next near) you can see 1200 Rs exemption in /4E1

Prasath

Dear All.
Thanks all for you inputs..
Problem is solved..
All config was fine..
I was using annual taxable method as on basis of Nominal basis rather then actual basis...
For using Nominal basis we have t0 activate some things in standard schema INAl factoring for calculating /12N...
That was the reason Annual amounts were coming incorrect.

Ashima
Hi,
If i understood correctly your requirement is /4E1 should be 1200 instead 100 i.e it should be projected and consider for exemption from starting of the financial year itself.
You can try the following.
Go to INN1 schema & activate INCS pcr and remove all the wage types which don't need tax codes from table V_T7INT9
Cheers
Ramesh.

The Children Education Allowance Exemption Payroll Function (INCEA) generates the following wage types for the corresponding parameter settings:

Have you maintained IT 0582 Exemptions with subtype SCEA
Please check IT0021, is you made a entry like this Child education allowances Y
Check V_T7INT9 taxability of wage type ( use sm30) , and make sure you maintained your wage type here with tax code SCEA , check the frequency

Hi
In 21 ..Y is maintiaed.
PC 20 with Speci 8 is maintained.
In v_t7int9:Frequency is maintained monthly with amount 100 against tax code..SCEA..
I have ignored 582 by usig no paramenet in INCEA function.
Please sufggest..
Monthly exemtion is calculated correctly..
But annual exemption is corrected wrongly...

Ashima
