Cannot Reconcile, reference Document 2010 4900000536 is deleted by 2010 490

Hi,

In sub contracting process, User did the goods reversal using T. code MIGO with 542 movenent type reversal instead of using T.Cosde MB1B. on reconciling the Challan the error occurs as "Cannot Reconcile, reference Document 2010 4900000536 is deleted by 2010 4900000860".

Is there any way to cancel the reversal movement and do it with MB1B.

Once the 541 is reversed, you can either delete the subcontracting challan or if you want to reconcile with 542 make the setting as already informed by another colleague. Make the movement 542 O as relevant for subcontracting moevment type 0002 and then proceed with J1IFQ.

Please check whether movement type 542 has been confgured as follows:

SPRO->Logistics general->Tax on Goods meovment->India-> Business Transactions->Subcontracting->Maintain Movement Type Groups.

If 541 is maintained for 0001 then maintain 542 for 0002.

After this, please try & reconcile.

Hi

The Quantity which has been taken back has been reversed instead of doing MB1B 542 movement hence the system will not allow for doing reconciliation. I would do directly the reversal and completion of Challan in J1IF13 T.Code

or

cancel the reversed document i.e. 4900000860 and the do 542 movement w/o reference to previous document and then do reconciliation and completion of Challan.
