KPIs aren't displaying in Goal Diagram

Hi guys, my KPIs aren't displaying in BOX when I clik in the Goal Diagram folder and in consequence the KPI status doesn't appear...

The KPIs are registered and linked to objectives. On the Scorecards folder, KPIs appears perfectly with their status.

Already export and import to other environments (DEV and QAS) but the situation is the same...

Somebody to help?
