Web Service for Support Message

Hi all,

we're using the web serivce /sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/ags_work_incident_create_app for the standard SLFN message type.

Is there an easy way, without much knowledge of web dynpros/services, to create another service just like this one with another message type (e.g. ZLFN)?

So basically we want to have to web services, one for creating SLFN and one for creating ZLFN.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Daniel,

Please, take a look at the following path in SPRO:

-> SAP Solution Manager

-> Scenario-Specific Settings

-> Service Desk

-> Service Desk

-> Multi Transaction Type Handling

As far as I know, if you have configured the 'Multi Transaction Type Handling', a popup will be shown and you will be able to choose the transaction type SLFN or ZLFN. I don't think there is another web services for that.
