New functionalities after upgrade

Hi All,

We are going for upgrade from 4.7EE to SAP ECC 6.0 EHP 4. Could you please let me know the areas those are going to get affected in HCM sub modules.

And especially I want to know how it affects PA (Personnel Administration) module specifically.

Select English as language.

Run the search w. the following parameters:

Source release - SAP R/3 Enterprise

Target release - SAP ERP 6.0

Solution area - Human Capital Management

Module(s) - HR

Hi Sid,

Thanks a lot for the reply. I am aware of this but what i want to know is whether there will be any changes in terms of new functionalities or standard reports for PA, RC and Training and Event management modules. And also are there any changes in terms of screens or screen numbers of various transactions.
