Hi Friends,
Can anyone tell me on how to know and in which table or transaction who has created the physical inventory document. I would like to know "Created by" information for the physical inventory document.
I didn't get any information in these tables:
LINK Inventory document header in WM
LINP Inventory document item in WM
LINV Inventory data per quant
Thanks in advance.
Praveen

Hi
The username you find is populated only if you use RF and is not necessarily the person who created the count
I also have not been able to find a report that gives the 'creator'

HI,
As I know SAP does not record this information. Table LINK contains only:
MANDT Client
LGNUM Warehouse Number / Warehouse Complex
IVNUM Number of system inventory record
ISTAT Header status of inventory
DSTAT Print status in the inventory document header
NVERS Recount version of system inventory record
LGTYP Storage Type
PDATU Planned date for inventory count
IRNUM Inventory reference number
IVAKT Inventory active
UNAME Name of Planned Counter for Physical Inventory
QUINV Indicator for quant inventory

Hi Kumar,
I tried passing "Inventory record no" to table IKPF - IBLNR but it is not determining and it is saying zero entries. The Inventory record number I have taken from table LINK and field IVNUM.
Please let me know is this the right field I need to choose or need to pass in IKPF table.
Thanks,
Praveen
