ChaRM - Audit Report

Hi,

I've a query regarding ChaRM reporting.

Our auditors need such a report that for each Transport Request, transported to PRD server, its complete processing like who created Support Message, who created & approved Change Document, who performed configuration, testing and releasing to PRD server etc along with the date.

In short, is there any standard report which shows log/history associated with particular Task-List?

The mentioned report is good to have track of transport requests assigned to cycles and type of correction, however I guess, the better way is to utilize SAP BI for such reporting
