Not able to create Price component using standart webservice

Hi pros,

Why can't I create price coomponets in sales quote using standart web-service CustomerQuoteProcessingManageCustomerQuoteIn ?

I can create a new Sales Quote using the xml file, but none of the included price components are appering in C4C.
