View Stock Allocation Changes (co06 relevant)

Dear SD Experts,

could you please inform me how I can see the changes (per user, date, material, sales order etc) that have been made from trx co06 (back order processing)?

I would like to know which user has made a backorder processing, change of stock allocation of a material to another sales order using co06 & when (which date).

Try Table CDHDR and CDPOS.

Could you please inform me if there is any log.db that I can use instead?

If yes could you please tell me which exactly?

Is there any other alternative except from using these 2 tables?
