Is RSKC also a valid solution for attached PDF files?

Hi everybody, We are facing some issues every time a special character is included in the name of the text of an PDF to upload. If the name of a PDF has any special characters the invoice does not go attached to the document created. I was wondering if allowing those special characters in the T-code RSKC this issue would be solved. Thank you in advance
