Policy Rule is not invoked

Hello,

I created a sample policy rule with following condition & action:

If "User Status = New" then "Create new Service Request".

When I create a service request I cannot see if any other service request is created.

The dispatching rule for service request trx is assigned to my Service Manager profile.

What else needs to be activated?

    Hello Arian,

    Under the Service Manager profile have you assigned the rule policy in the properties node?
