Default Billing Printer

Hello,

I hope this is on the right forum.

We have different output devices for each Plant. One of my new plants is actually printing the invoice billing document to the device for another plant.

Where do I chnge these defaults?

Thanks for the quick response.

I have checked this and it does allow you to change the output device.

However it is assigned by Sales Organisation.

We have 2 Plants attached to 1 Sales Organisation. The 2 plants are 50 miles from each other therefore we need the invoice printing to be defined and separated by Plant.

Do you know how to do this?

Hi,

You need to use different access sequence / access key. Something which uses plant. Access sequence is defined in config:

Sales and distribution --> Basic functions --> output control --> Output determination --> maintain output determination for billing documents.

You insert into access sequnce tables which will be searched for condition records. In case in your system there is no table which contains plant field, you might need to define such table. Also in the same path in config as above.

Hi,

This is defined inside output condition records. Go to VV32 transaction to you billing output. You can find printer device after pressing 'communication' button.
