Add Exsisiting infotype fields in ESS personal data edit screen

Hi,

I have a requirement to Add exsisting Personal data Infotype field (initials) in ESS Spain Personal data portal edit screen.

I have used the below tables V_T588MFPROPS,V_T588MFPROPC and added entry for the field aganist to SPAIN country group 04.

But after making this changes nothing is reflected in the ESS screen. We are using ESS EHP3 Persoanl data iviews.

In our case we cant go for standard Personal data DC change.

Can anyone please suggest how can we acheive this through backend customization.

Thanks,

Nandha

only if the field is supported in the Iview then it will be displayed through backend customisation

    ie thru Table V_T588MFPROPC

This applications are created in WD Java. And for this in the R/3 are created RFC(Function Module) that are used for map the fields that are displayed in portal(iview).

If this RFC( Function Module ) not have the field that you need , you not can use the table V_T588MFPROPS,V_T588MFPROPC for show or hide fields through customizing.

      Hope is help you.
