POD via IDoc [STPPOD]

Hi,

in my scenario i wanted to confirm pod using the message type stppod. i got the right process code but the scenario is working a bit different than expected...

if i have 3 line itmes in delivery and when all the delivery items are confirmed with no deifference then the segment e1edl53 is not at all populated. pod is confirmed in such cases....but when there is a diff in delivered qty we need to assign the rejection reason to the segment e1edl53 and the qty difference....in such case though the vlpod trasction is getting updated i see the pod is not confirmed....any thoughts on this pls?
