scm upgrade from 4.1 to 7.x

Hi Everyone,

I am supposed to execute scm upgrade from 4.1 to 7.x, currently preparing, have following questions:

1. Have understand that LiveCache upgrade can be done during SCM upgrade, as preparation I have to download LiveCache data, can someone pl. explain how can I do that, what report / Transaction can I use to do this.

2. Can someone give me required steps as follow for SCm / Livecache upgrade

2.1 Preparation (including LiveCache data download) what exactly I need to do

2.2 Upgrade process, and steps, what exactly I need to do

2.3 Post process steps (including how to upload LiveCache data again into system)

Any hints, suggestions, I am reading right now SAP documentation, it's very confusing.

Thanks for help in advance.
