Hi Kumar
Thanks for your mail.
I have already created and defined the actions. My problem is when I click the new task (Which is created by me) the Change request is getting authorised (the authorised action is performing).

Hi
Can you please explain your scenario in detail? Do you want to add additional status in to Change request before approving the change request?
If you want to add additional status, the below steps may help you.
Copy the standard status profile and add additional statuses.
Assign the status profile to transaction type.
Configure new actions to change the status in action profile in transaction CRMC_ACTION_DEF
Configure action condition in CRMC_ACTION_CONF

Hi Venkat,
There can only be 2 reasons for it:
1. have you defined the conditions as well for your actions? In the path which was specified, you need to selects your actions and then add the schedule and/or start conditions as to when the action is visible and all that.
2. have you given the proper action definitions and parameter conditions and all that? Please verify.
Regards,
Sneha Vyas.

Hi there,
Adding actions in ChaRM is fairly complex. As ChaRM documents are based on CRM documents, there is a part of the actions that corresponds to PPF actions. You can go to transaction SPPFCADM, application CRM_ORDER, action profile SDMJ_ACTIONS, you will see the different actions there.
Please note that the scope of this is quite large. An introductory presentation on PPF actions can be found at https://websmp203.sap-ag.de/~form/sapnet?_FRAME=CONTAINER&_OBJECT=011000358700001610442008E . It is 54 pages long and it only barely scratches the surface.
Additionally, ChaRM has some more built-in action control, you can see the configuration of this in SPRO (as of SP18)
SAP Solution Manager Implementation Guide
-> SAP Solution Manager
-> Scenario-Specific Settings
-> Change Request Management
-> Extended Configuration
-> Change Transaction
-> Transaction Types
-> Actions in Change Request Management
Under this node you can find the documentation for all activities needed to control different aspects of actions in ChaRM, asides from the SPPFCADM part.
Sorry not to go more into specifics right now...
Best regards,
Miguel Ariñ
