System Refresh

Hello,

We need to do a system refresh. We have ABAP+JAVA but with different SID's.

ABAP-APP

JAVA-JPP

We need to do the above refresh from APR and JPR. What would be the best poassible approach for this? Please help us in explaining in detail with SAP document/note..
